My mom always made cheeseballs for pretty much every special occasion and these always remind me of her. They’re so easy to make and versatile! Everyone always smiles when I serve these because they’re so cute and that brings me right back to those parties my mom hosted and how joyful they were too.

Bunny Butt Parmesan Cheese Ball
Can I Make This Ahead of Time?: You can easily assemble this yummy Easter snack in 20 minutes or less. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour or overnight. This is a fantastic make-ahead holiday dish!
Serves: 4 to 6
Prep: 20 Minutes
Chilling Time: 1 Hour

Ingredients for Easter Appetizer Cheese Ball:
2 – 8 oz cream cheese
2 tablespoon dill
1/2 cup parmesan
3 black olives

Step-by-Step Instructions for Making a Cream Cheese Parmesan Easter Bunny Cheeseball:

In a bowl, mix together dill and cream cheese. Mix well.

Roll into one medium ball, one small ball, and two tear drops for the feet. Place into plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for at least one hour.

Remove from fridge. Unwrap from plastic wrap. Roll each item in parmesan cheese. Place medium ball on plate.

Using tooth picks secure the small ball as the tail and the two teardrops as the feet.

Cut olives in half and place on the feet as pads. Keep in fridge until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.
How long will this keep in the fridge? According to experts, if you keep any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge, it will keep for up to two weeks, depending on the best before dates on the individual ingredients you are using. In my experience, I find that after 3-4 days (if they last that long in my house!) it starts to dry out a bit and it loses some flavor.
