Easy Air Fryer Blueberry Hand Pies (Ready in Minutes, No Oven!)
Are you “team cake” or “team pie”? Some of our family members seem to like both equally, but when it comes to my daughter and I, we take after my dad. We are firmly Team Pie!
Oh, cake is good but even if you offered me some every day, I would only eat it once in a while. Pie – now that’s a different story! It never lasts for very long in our home. My dad loved it so much he even would eat leftover pie as his breakfast!!!
Blueberry pie was never one of my favourites though. That is, until I tried these air fryer blueberry pies. Oh. My. Yumminess. The fact that they are so incredibly easy to make doesn’t hurt either. Don’t care for blueberries? You can make these with pretty much any fruit.
