The cozy comfort of a blueberry muffin in a shot glass? Yes! Quick, simple, and delicious – whip up a pitcher of these Blueberry Muffin Shots and kick back with a good book.

I am SO ready for summer. We haven’t even truly had spring yet but I’m over all of it. I just want to sit on the patio and sip something yummy while I read a book. Is that too much to ask for? (Considering we’re past the midway point in April and still having ice storms and snow, I think it might be!). But I haven’t lost all hope yet. Spring has to show up eventually, right? And once spring is truly here, summer is just around the corner. In the meantime, I’m embracing all the summer foods and drinks. Fake it ’til you make it – or in this case, ’til the nice weather actually shows up. First up on my spring and summer menu, these blueberry muffin shots. Super simple to make and oh so tasty!

Ingredients:

1/2 cup fresh blueberries

2 teaspoons sugar

2 oz juice of choice (berry preferably)

6oz vanilla vodka

2 oz lemon rum or vodka

Directions:

Place the blueberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker and then add the sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes before filling the shaker with ice.

Pour in the juice and shots and shake vigorously for 1 minute.

Easy peasy right?
