This Easter treat is sure to be a hit with friends and family. It will disappear quickly so you might want to make a double batch!

Peeps and Oreo Easter Candy Bark

Ingredients:

  • White chocolate chips – 12 oz.
  • Orange candy melts – 12 oz.
  • Turquoise candy melts – 12 oz.
  • Oreo Easter Egg Cookies – 12 oz.
  • Yellow Peeps – 5
  • Purple Peeps – 5
  • A package of Easter sprinkles

Instructions:

Line a cookie sheet with some parchment paper.

Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl for 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.

Spread the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper.

Pour the orange and turquoise candy melts into plastic sandwich bags – one bag per color.

Melt each of them, one at a time, in the microwave for 20-second intervals. In between, make sure to squeeze and squish the candy melts each time until melted.

Snip off a corner of the sandwich bag and squeeze out each color, one at a time on top of the white chocolate.

Using a skewer or toothpick, swirl the orange and turquoise together.

Break up the Oreos into pieces and place them, along with the Peeps and sprinkles evenly over the melted chocolate and candy melts. Gently press them in.

Refrigerate this for about 30 minutes, or until set.

Remove the parchment from the cookie sheet and firmly bang the candy bark against a table to break it into pieces. Alternatively, you can use a knife to cut it into pieces.
