Frozen Pineapple Yogurt Pops

Prep: 15 minutes

Freezing time: 8 hours

Makes 8 ice pops (may vary according to the size of your ice pop mold)

Ingredients:

16 oz. crushed pineapple with the juice

3/4 cup of pineapple juice

1 tbsp lemon juice

3 tbsp honey

8 0z. Greek yogurt

Instructions:

Puree the pineapple in a blender or food processor. You can even use a hand blender if it is powerful enough. It’s okay to still have a few small pineapple pieces left.

Add the pineapple and lemon juices and the honey and blend well.

At this point, I like to remove it from the blender or food processor and stir the yogurt in. I get smoother results that way.

Pour into the ice pop mold and add the sticks.

Freeze overnight.
