Ingredients

  • 16 oz. crushed pineapple with the juice
  • 3/4 cup of pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 8 0 z. Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Puree the pineapple in a blender or food processor. You can even use a hand blender if it is powerful enough. It's okay to still have a few small pineapple pieces left.
  2. Add the pineapple and lemon juices and the honey and blend well.
  3. At this point, I like to remove it from the blender or food processor and stir the yogurt in. I get smoother results that way.
  4. Pour into the ice pop mold and add the sticks.
  5. Freeze overnight.
