For as long as she can remember, this Mandarin Orange Salad with Pineapple and Cool Whip has been a staple for my friend Kristin from the blog It’s Free at Last’s family get-togethers. It’s no wonder too. It is creamy and sweet and oh so delicious!

Whether for Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or a fun backyard barbeque – this creamy delight has been a highlight of the meal and is loved by her whole family. Once we tried it, it was a huge hit with my family too and they ask for it again and again! It’s so easy to make (you can make it ahead!) and perfect for potlucks too.

Mandarin Orange Salad Recipe

I love mandarin oranges and I love pineapple, so I am ALL over this salad recipe! This simple dessert combines 2 of my favourite fruits for a refreshing end to the meal. It is light and fruity, without being overly sweet.

It’s the perfect dessert because you can make it ahead of time and simply let it be chilling in the fridge. It even makes enough for a crowd. With only 5 ingredients, you just don’t get any easier than this!

Kristin at It’s Free at Last, has the recipe for Mandarin Orange Salad right HERE.

Looking for more quick and easy desserts? Try my 3-ingredient Key Lime Pie. You can also use this recipe to make all kinds of different flavors! Yum!
