Hocus Pocus Sanderson Sisters Ice Cream

You may already know that we are big Hocus Pocus fans over here. So naturally, this Hocus Pocus Sanderson Sisters Ice Cream is a winner for us. It’s a great way to end your Halloween meal.

Don’t worry if you’ve never made ice cream before. This recipe is really easy and you don’t need any special equipment (like an ice cream maker).

Hocus Pocus Sanderson Sisters Ice Cream

Hocus Pocus Sanderson Sisters Ice Cream

Serves: 4 to 6
Prep: 25 minutes
Inactive: 24 hours

Ingredients:

32 fl oz heavy whipping cream
14 fl oz sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 drops purple food gel
3 drops orange food gel
3 drops yellow food gel
(Note: gels can easily be replace with foods like raspberries to make color and flavor)

Instructions:

Pour heavy whipping cream into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment.

Start mixing on a setting of 2 and then move up every 5 to 7 minutes in speed until it resembles whipped topping. Fold in sweetened condensed milk.

Separate into three bowls. Put purple gel in one bowl, yellow gel in the next bowl, and orange gel in the third bowl. Fold in until the colors are well mixed.

Line a brownie or loaf pan with plastic wrap. Pour in each color. Top with plastic wrap and freeze overnight.
