Hello Mornings - developing a morning practice - CreativeCynchronicity.com

For the past year or so, I’ve been taking part in Hello Mornings.  As soon as I saw some others talking about it on Twitter, I knew that this was something I needed in my life.  So, what is Hello Mornings?  Well, let’s back up a bit.  It began with a free ebook called Maximize Your Mornings from Inspired to Action.  This book gives fantastic tips on helping you deal with your morning routine – how to get out of bed, how to put together a prayer and Bible study plan that you can actually be successful at, how to plan out your day, and more.  The book is great – a really valuable resource but sometimes reading about something just isn’t enough.  You need a support system and this is where Hello Mornings comes in.

HelloMornings
Thousands of women from all over the world have joined together in Hello Mornings to form social media accountability groups.  We check in daily via Twitter or Facebook with our assigned groups, helping and encouraging each other along the way.  The Hello Morning plan is broken down into three main parts:  1) God 2) Plan 3) Move.  Have quiet time with God, plan out your day with intention, and get some exercise.  Sounds simple right?  The plan IS simple – the execution though?  Well, that’s why we need a little help from our friends.  What I love most about the Hello Mornings groups is how encouraging, uplifting, and supportive they are of each other.  It’s taking me a long time to get this routine down pat but there’s no judgement.  I’m welcomed into the group with love, understanding, and compassion, signing up for a new round if I need to continue working on it.

Sound like something you might benefit from?  Any female is welcome to join!  We’re currently in the middle of the Winter “round” but stay tuned to the Hello Mornings website for information on when the Spring one will begin.  While you wait, feel free to take part in the #hellomornings Twitter stream, or join the conversation on Facebook. I really enjoyed Maximize Your Mornings. I’m always looking for ways to make my mornings better. I’ve found that if I have a good morning, everything else goes right for me during the day.
