Disney on Ice: Passport to Adventure

For this past Christmas, I decided to give my sweet grand nephew and grand niece something a little bit different. I gave them what I called Aunt Cyndi’s Fun of the Month Club. The idea is that each and every month of 2015, they get something from me. It might be a package in the mail (last month the focus was on reading with some new books) or it might be a fun outing. This month it was a trip to see Disney On Ice in Hamilton – something I knew would be sure to please!  It was perfect timing, being their March Break and having seen Passport to Adventure last year when it came to London, I knew it was a super fun show we would all enjoy.

ursula It’s a really fun show filled with some of our favourite Disney characters. Mickey, Minnie and friends take a little trip to visit some familiar Disney stories and each one presents a little condensed version of those tales. There’s The Little Mermaid (with Ursula who grows to mammoth proportions during the show!), Peter Pan (again, the crocodile grows into a giant version that thrilled us all), Lilo and Stitch (surprisingly, none of us has ever seen this movie before but after what we saw, we’ve decided we need to have a family movie night to check out the full version!), and Lion King. It’s a great way to see lots of those Disney characters and songs you know and love all in one show.

If you’re a family of Disney fans like we are, this is a can’t miss show.  It’s tons of fun for all ages and creates memories you’ll relive for a long time after the show ends. I received something of value from Feld Entertainment as part of their Insider Program. I was not required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.
