Pour your shake into the glass gently.

Now its time to decorate the glass. You can do this before pouring your shake, but I prefer to do it after so garnish won’t get destroyed. I find it so much easier this way.

Shred blonde or salted caramel chocolate into fine pieces and stick it into the edges, add some marshmallow and chocolate chips and anything else you’d like in order to customize your freak shake. Have fun with it!

Top with a whipped cream and garnish with remaining marshmallows and dark chocolate chips or chocolate sauce. Serve cold with a straw. Or maybe two straws and share this large decadent treat with a friend.

FAQs

What is a freakshake?
A freakshake is an over-the-top milkshake that’s decorated with candies, chocolates, cookies, or other treats, making it both a drink and a dessert.

Can I make this dairy-free?
Yes! Use dairy-free chocolate, plant-based ice cream, and your favorite non-dairy milk.

What’s the best glass to use?
A tall milkshake or mason jar works best—it gives you more space for chocolate drizzles and toppings.
