This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of a Canadian leading research based pharmaceutical company. All opinions are 100% mine.

Breathing. It’s something we all take for granted and yet, it’s essential to life. I was completely convinced (or maybe I was fooling myself) that my asthma was under control and not currently a problem in my life. But, in the past month, I’ve had to cancel out on three different fun events with family and friends because I was exhausted. Tightness in my chest and breathing problems were keeping me up at night and preventing me from enjoying life to its fullest.

Breathe easy. Take the 30 Second Asthma Test

When I was first diagnosed, my symptoms of asthma  were severe and undeniable. I had wheezing that made it nearly impossible to do anything. Even just sitting up was a struggle. I can’t even tell you how many times I had to head to the emergency room for a breathing treatment during that time. Quality of life was pretty difficult. Weather conditions and other environmental issues kept me inside the house and since I couldn’t exert myself, I was left with very little to do.

Take the 30 Second Asthma TestFast forward a few years and things have improved so much. In fact, they’re so much better that I’ve become a little bit complacent about my asthma and probably don’t give it as much thought as I should. Taking the 30 Second Asthma Test was one of the best moves I’ve made in living a healthier life in a long time. It helped me realize that while those severe symptoms I had before are currently gone, my asthma may still not be managed as well as it could be.

I want the best quality of life I can possibly have and I want you to have it too! That’s why I’m encouraging you to follow my lead and take the 30 Second Asthma Test for yourself. Share it with your family and friends and take the results to your doctor so he/she can help you with ways to better manage your asthma symptoms.
