Would you believe up until last year that I didn’t like rhubarb? Then, someone brought some rhubarb bars to a potluck and insisted that I try them. My tastes have changed somewhat over the years, so I thought, what the heck. It was a winner. So, these Strawberry Rhubarb Bars have me drooling!
