I don’t think I’ve ever met a type of chocolate I didn’t like. Hot, cold, white, milk, dark – I love it all. Well, wait. There is some chocolate I’ve had in the US that has wax added to it. I don’t like that kind. Blech. Anyway, I digress.
Is there anything more comforting in cold weather than curling up under a warm cozy throw and sipping a mug full of hot chocolate? I don’t think so! Having this white hot cocoa mix on hand means that I can have a yummy hot beverage anytime I want this winter. Definitely makes winter much more bearable!
White Hot Cocoa Mix
There's not much that's as cozy on a cold winter's day than curling up with a mug of hot cocoa. Keep this white hot cocoa mix on hand and you'll be all set when the flurries start flying.
- 1 1/2 cups powdered milk
- 1 cup vanilla powdered coffee creamer
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 box vanilla or white chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or grated chocolate
PRO TIP: If you're using a white chocolate bar or baker's white chocolate, freeze it for a bit before grating. It makes it so much easier.
Simply mix all ingredients together and store in a covered container.
Use 2 tablespoons per 6 oz. hot water. Adjust according to your taste.
