You might know, if you’re a long time reader that I don’t really believe in setting New Year’s resolutions – at least not for myself. They always seemed like something I would set that was unrealistic and then, POOF, it would be gone before January was even over. Instead, I prefer to think of it as regrouping instead of resolving. Recently, that regrouping has focused on living a healthier lifestyle.

    My main healthy living goal is to make better food choices. I have started and after the first week or two it became easier to pick the healthier options.
