Beginning the new year is a time when many people renew their resolutions to be healthier. What are your goals for healthier living? I know after all the high fat, high sugar, lack of fruits and vegetables diet I had over the holidays, I have some! I’m starting by adding more fruits and vegetables  and more water back into my diet.
