I love muffins. They’re quick and easy to make and so yummy to eat. Not only that, but with my busy schedule working from home, they make for a perfect grab and go quick meal or snack idea. I usually add a hard boiled egg, a piece of cheese, some fruit or a yogurt, and I’m all set.
The problem with a lot of muffins is that you might as well just call it a cupcake. They’re filled with sugar and not very many nutrients. Don’t get me wrong. I still like those other muffins, but I try not to over-indulge in them. That’s why I put together this list of Healthy Muffin Recipes.
