These patriotic antipasto cups are incredibly easy to make and so much fun for your 4th of July party. Being individually portioned, these cups make it convenient for your guests to grab one and take it to wherever they’re sitting.
It’s easy to switch up the picks you use for these to have them match any season or occasion too, making this really versatile party food. You can also vary some of the ingredients according to your preferences or what is in season.
Patriotic Antipasto Cups
Makes: 3 (easily double recipe for more)

Ingredients:
6 slices peppered salami
6 cubes cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
6 strawberries
9 blueberries
6 green olives
6 kalamata olives
Non food:
Instructions:
Cut cheese into cubes. Place one piece of cheese and one piece of salami onto the bamboo pick. Add two more. Place in the front of the cup.
Add one strawberry and three blueberries to a bamboo pick. Add one more strawberry and place into the cup behind the salami pick.
Add two green olives and two kalamata olives to a bamboo pick. Place in the cup to the right of the salami stick and behind it.
Place sparkler pick in the back and it’s ready to serve.
