These red, white, and blue 4th of July Berry S’mores are simply delicious and so easy to make. They’re a fun addition to your Independence Day celebrations.
Don’t like strawberries? You can swap them out for raspberries or cherries if you prefer. And if you’re making them for other occasions, try other fruits that you have on hand for a yummy variation.

4th of July Berry S’mores
Serves: 4
Prep: 10 Minutes
Broil: 2 Minutes
Ingredients:
2 large strawberries; sliced lengthwise
8 blueberries
8 graham crackers
8 large marshmallows
4 squares Hershey’s chocolate
Instructions:
Place parchment paper onto a small baking sheet. Slice the strawberries lengthwise.
Place four pieces of graham cracker on to the parchment paper. Add on chocolate and marshmallows to each.
Broil on high heat for about 2 minutes or until the marshmallows are lightly browned and chocolate is melting.
Pull out of the oven and carefully top with blueberries and strawberries. Add a graham cracker to the top of each and press. Serve warm!
