North Pole Boozy Hot Chocolate
Prep: 10 minutes
Serves: 1 (easily duplicate to make more)
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups milk
2 oz 99 Chocolate
1/3 cup Ghirardelli’s chocolate syrup
1 teaspoon hot chocolate powder
3 large marshmallows
Instructions:
Roll the rim of the glass in chocolate syrup. Dust with hot chocolate powder.
Pour 2 ounces 99 chocolate into the glass. Add in few squeezes of Ghirardelli’s chocolate syrup.
Pour in milk and stir well.
Place marshmallows on top. Use a lighter or kitchen torch to lightly toast the marshmallows.
