Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 oz 99 Chocolate
  • 1/3 cup Ghirardelli's chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon hot chocolate powder
  • 3 large marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Roll the rim of the glass in chocolate syrup. Dust with hot chocolate powder.
  2. Pour 2 ounces 99 chocolate into the glass. Add in few squeezes of Ghirardelli's chocolate syrup. Pour in milk and stir well.
  3. Place marshmallows on top. Use a lighter or kitchen torch to lightly toast the marshmallows.
