If you’ve got a little space lover at home, this paper plate astronaut helmet craft is such a fun way to spark their imagination.

With just a paper plate, some craft paper, and a few simple supplies, kids can create their very own astronaut helmet for pretend play, classroom activities, or a space-themed afternoon at home.

This is an easy craft that works well for younger children with a bit of help, but older kids will enjoy adding their own creative details too.

Pair it with books about space, a solar system lesson, or even a movie night featuring their favorite astronauts and rockets for an out-of-this-world activity.
