Filed Under: Halloween, CELEBRATE, Charcuterie Boards/Party Trays, COOK, Hocus Pocus

If you’re as big a fan of the Sanderson sisters as I am, you’re going to love this Hocus Pocus Charcuterie board. It’s easy to put together and is the perfect snack for this time of year. We’ve given suggestions for the foods to use in assembling it, but of course, you can make some changes if you’d like.

This is the perfect snack for a Halloween party or for a night of watching the Hocus Pocus movies with your friends. With a selection of sweet and savory foods to choose from, the only other thing you might need are these Sanderson sister cocktails to go with it.

Hocus Pocus Charcuterie Board

Instruction

3 small wheels of Brie

2 to 4 American or cheddar cheese slices

6 sugar eyes

5 marshmallows

3.5 oz. salami

1/2 cup cherries

About 1/2 cup black rings (breakfast cereal like Cheerios – if you can’t find the black ones, you can use chocolate instead)

1/2 cup almonds

1 cup blueberries and/or grapes

pretzels assorted (candy or yogurt coated(

some green apple, tangerine, dill to serve.

Instructions

1. For Sarah’s hair: Cut cheddar cheese slices into strips. If you’re using processed American cheese, leave it in the package before slice. This will make it easier.

2. Make cuts on the marshmallows with scissors to form broomsticks. On the other side, poke a hole with a skewer and insert a pretzel stick.

3. For Winifred’s hair: Fold the salami in half and roll up into a roll.

4. Cut off the top white crust of the brie cheese. Cut out the noses. Place the noses and eyes on the brie. Decorate the mouths with cherries.

Unwrap (if needed) and arrange Sarah’s hair. Make Winifred’s bangs out of salami.

5. Cover the serving board with a napkin. Arrange the witches. Add Mary’s hair. Arrange thinly sliced green apple, cherries and tangerine slices.

Complete the board with berries, nuts, broomsticks and pretzels.
