This flower granny square pattern reminds me of my grandma. She used to crochet all the time and one of her favorite things to make was granny squares. She used to knit us all new slippers every Christmas and then two family members per year would receive a crocheted afghan from Ma (that’s what we called her).
I still have mine and I cherish it. It’s a typical granny square and has flowers added to each. This floral granny square is definitely a crochet pattern that she would love. I do too! Here’s the step by step crochet tutorial you need to make your own.
