This coffee container chick craft is absolutely adorable and a perfect decoration for Easter. You can fill it with goodies to share, stick a plant in it, or use it as an Easter basket.

The supplies are incredibly inexpensive. Use a recycled coffee container for the base (or something similar you have on hand) and some simple craft supplies you can find at the dollar store.

Coffee Container Chick Craft

Supplies needed:

coffee container (empty and clean)

yellow construction paper

orange construction paper

scissors

tape

glue

two large googly eyes

yellow shredded paper

yellow feathers

Easter basket filler items: plastic eggs, small toys, candy, etc.

Instructions:

Cover the coffee container with yellow construction paper. Glue or tape the construction paper to secure it to the container.

Glue the googly eyes onto the construction paper.

Cut out a beak using orange construction paper. Glue the beak under the eyes.

Insert the feathers between the container and the construction paper so that they stay in place.

Fill the container with shredded paper.

Add the eggs and any other items you’d like. Display it as a decoration or table centerpiece or use it for an Easter basket!
