I just love a festive dessert! Make me something filled with the flavors of the holidays and I’m all in. I have to be honest, though. I’m not normally a big peppermint and chocolate fan. That all changed when I tried this Peppermint Cookies Layered Dessert Lasagna.
The combination of chocolate, peppermint, cream cheese and white chocolate pudding fillings all topped off with whipped cream works so beautifully together. Not too sweet, not too chocolatey, not too much mint. Just Christmas dessert perfection in one pan! You’re going to love this.

Peppermint Cookies Layered Dessert Lasagna
Ingredients

- 1 package of Peppermint Oreos, crushed
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 8 oz cream cheese room temp
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups milk + 3 tablespoons
- 16 oz whipped topping
- 2- 4.2 oz White Chocolate Pudding
- 1 cup holiday sprinkles
Instructions

Step 1: Add the crushed Oreos and melted butter to a medium sized mixing bowl. Stir until butter is thoroughly incorporated.

Step 2: Add mixture to a 9 x 13 baking dish. Press down to make sure the mixture is evenly spread. Place in fridge 10 minutes to allow it to harden.

Step 3: Using a hand or stand mixer, add cream cheese, 3 tablespoons of milk, sugar and vanilla to a large mixing bowl and beat until light and fluffy.

Step 4: Fold 8 oz of the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.

Step 5: Take dish from the freezer and spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the cookie crust. Place in freezer for 15 minutes to allow it to set.

Step 6: Using a hand or stand mixer, add both boxes of pudding and 3 cups of milk. Mix on low until the pudding begins to thicken, which is about 2-3 minutes

Step 7: Take the dish from the freezer and spread the pudding mixture on top of the cream cheese layer. Place in freezer for 15 minutes to allow it to set.

Step 8: Take the dish from the freezer and evenly spread the remaining 8 oz of whipped topping. If desired, sprinkle holiday sprinkles on the whipped topping.

Allow to chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before cutting into the dessert.
