Have you made any plans for ringing in the new year yet? Some of the local parties are already sold out but there’s still lots of fun things to do on New Year’s Eve in London Ontario. From family fun to adult parties and even an option for embracing your wellness, there’s something there for everyone.

NEW YEAR’S EVE IN LONDON ONTARIO
New Year’s Eve in the Park
The countdown is on towards London’s largest New Year’s Eve celebration! New Year’s Eve in the Park is an annual free, fun, family event taking place Tuesday, December 31st from 7 p.m. to midnight in Victoria Park downtown.
Victoria Park comes alive with outdoor skating, live music performances at the band shell, and the opportunity for children to meet their favorite superheroes all while you enjoy a hot chocolate and take in the thousands of lights strung on Victoria Park’s trees! Experience two fantastic fireworks displays – the first at 9 p.m. (perfect for kids and families) and then again at the stroke of midnight.
Free public transit kindly provided by London Transit Commission is available to help you and your family get to the celebration.
“There is no other local New Year’s Eve community celebration like this one,” says Marcus Plowright, chairperson of the event. “It is a community event for all ages that supports the local music scene, produces exciting family programing, and gives an opportunity for all Londoners to celebrate the New Year together.”
