I find these Lemon & Eucalyptus Shower Steamers so soothing when faced with a cold, allergies, or some other upper respiratory condition. They are not a cure, but they certainly can help relieve symptoms, open my sinuses, and ease nasal congestion.
The combination of lemon and eucalyptus is so refreshing as well and I find it helps perk me up and gives me a bit of a lift when a virus has me feeling a little blah. These make great gifts too! I used to make them and pass them out to my fellow teachers during cold and flu season and they were always greatly appreciated.
