These refreshing Melon Fruit Cups are a fun and colorful way to enjoy a variety of fresh melon. Made with juicy cubes of watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew threaded onto skewers and served in individual cups, they’re perfect for parties, picnics, or a light summer snack. Ingredients

  • 6 pieces watermelon
  • 6 pieces cantaloupe
  • 6 pieces honey dew melon
  • 2 sprigs lemon balm or another complimentary herb

Instructions

  1. Dice up watermelon, cantaloupe, and honey dew melon into cubes.
  2. Feed the cantaloupe, watermelon, and honey dew on to the bamboo sticks in different patterns. Place into the cups.
  3. Add a sprig of lemon balm or any complimentary herb. Place in fridge until ready to serve.
