You may already know that we are big Hocus Pocus fans over here. So naturally, this Hocus Pocus Sanderson Sisters Ice Cream is a winner for us. It's a great way to end your Halloween meal.

Don't worry if you've never made ice cream before. This recipe is really easy and you don't need any special equipment (like an ice cream maker).

Ingredients

  • 32 fl oz heavy whipping cream
  • 14 fl oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 drops purple food gel
  • 3 drops orange food gel
  • 3 drops yellow food gel
  • gels can easily be replace with foods like raspberries to make color and flavor

Instructions

  1. Pour heavy whipping cream into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment.
  2. Mix on a 2 then move up every 5 to 7 minutes in speed until it resembles whipped topping. Fold in sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Separate into three bowls. Put purple gel in one bowl, yellow gel in the next bowl, and orange gel in the third bowl. Fold well until the colors a mixed.
  4. Line a brownie or loaf pan with plastic wrap. Pour in each color. Top with plastic wrap and freeze overnight.
