Take 5-7 pretzel sticks, dipping one pretzel at a time into the white chocolate about ½ way up the pretzels.

Line up the dipped pretzels on the wax paper next to each other, letting the chocolate touch. Repeat with the rest of the pretzels.

Let them sit in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.

Take the bundle of pretzels and dip again for a second coat. Let excess drip off, create clean edges by sliding it over the edge of the bowl.

Let them set up in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.

Melt milk or dark chocolate melts according to the directions.

Take the bundle of white chocolate pretzels and dip the non chocolate side into the milk or dark chocolate. Let excess drip off, create clean edges by sliding it over the edge of the bowl.

Let them set up for 5 minutes in the refrigerator. Take the bundle of chocolate sided pretzels and dip again for a second coat.

Dip one pretzel into the chocolate, using a fork to move it around, let excess drip off.

Place the single chocolate dipped pretzel where the milk or dark chocolate and white chocolate meet.

On the white chocolate use the black writing gel to make two eyes and 4 dots for a mouth.

On the chocolate make a large dot with the black gel and place a winter sprinkle.

With the orange gel create a carrot nose.
