Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 2 tablespoons s’mores syrup
  • 1 cup milk or non-dairy alternative
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs plus more for garnish
  • Mini marshmallows for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Mug

  1. Spread the graham cracker crumbs on a small plate.
  2. Pour a little of the chocolate syrup onto a second plate or shallow dish. Dip the rim of your mug into the chocolate syrup and then into the graham cracker crumbs, gently pressing to help them stick.

Heat and Froth the Milk

  1. Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until warm but not boiling.
  2. Froth the warm milk with a handheld milk frother, or heat and froth it using your preferred milk frother.

Add the Coffee

  1. Brew one shot of espresso or prepare 1/2 cup of strong coffee.
  2. Pour it into your prepared mug and stir in the s’mores syrup.

Add the Milk

  1. Pour the warm, frothed milk over the coffee mixture. Stir gently to combine while keeping some of that lovely foam on top.

Add the S’mores Toppings

  1. Top your latte with mini marshmallows and an extra sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs.
  2. For even more campfire flavor, lightly toast the marshmallows with a kitchen torch before serving. Be sure to use a heat-safe mug and follow the torch manufacturer's safety instructions.

Serve right away and enjoy!
