  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar optional
  • 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or rosemary optional
  • Honey or balsamic glaze for drizzling
  • Fresh mint or arugula for garnish
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
