We love this grilled variation on Cuban style pork tenderloin. It's so easy to make and incredibly tasty. Eat it as is or use it in Cuban sandwiches.
I also like to use this pork in taco bowls. I use the soft taco bowls from Old El Paso and layer in some cut up pork tenderloin (from the recipe below), lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and cilantro. Top with a honey lime vinaigrette.
The leftovers of tenderloin are great to use in making Cuban sandwiches. Here's a recipe for Cuban sandwiches. It also has a variation on this Cuban style pork tenderloin.
