Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

  1. -Whisk together instant coffee, sugar, and hot water until peaks are formed. (You can use a hand whisk, a hand mixer or a stand mixer. Your choice)
  2. -Fill a bowl with ice cream (however many scoops you desire)
  3. -Top with one to three spoonfuls of the whipped coffee mixture on top and serve!
