Peach Slaw

This peach slaw is a delicious side dish - serve it with pretty much anything and everything! Sweet and spicy, I find that the flavor complements that of baked beans really well so they're a good combination to serve together. Not only that, but peach slaw served as a topper on a pork burger or sausage on a bun is simply divine!
