I LOVE watermelon! Watermelon and strawberries have always been my favorite foods – well, at least my favorite fruits. Now that I’m allergic to strawberries, watermelon features heavily in my diet. There’s just something so pretty and colorful about it – not to mention that it tastes SO good. Watermelon is mostly…well…water. But it’s still loaded with nutrients. It’s a good source of Vitamins A, B6, C, lycopene, antioxidants, and amino acids. There’s even a decent amount of potassium in it. These watermelon recipes and crafts are sure to be a hit with my fellow watermelon fans!
