Winter Whiskey Cocktail Recipes from K West Hotel

2 brown sugar cubes (muddled)
1 squeezed orange wedge
37.5ml Woodford Reserved
12.5ml Grand Marnier
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
T-Rex tea to the top
This Irish-inspired Whiskey cocktail is certain to hit the spot with its range of sweet ingredients.
25ml Krupnik Honey
2 dashes of Orange Bitters
3 teaspoons of Wilkin and Sons honey
1 cup lemon & ginger tea
Keep out the cold and toast to the year ahead with the Hot Pepper recipe.
Method: Steamed (stirred) & Build

25ml Famous Grouse
25ml Marie Brizard Cherry brandy
2 dashes Cherry Bitters
2 dashes Maraschino Cherry Syrup
