Weekly Summer Menu Plan June 18

Welcome back to another weekly summer menu plan! Can you believe we have passed the halfway point in June already??? Yikes. I know that summer is only just now about to begin officially but still, it feels like it’s flying by. We are planning to take as much advantage of these sunny days as possible while I can. I also can’t wrap my head around how quickly my grandson is growing. Walter is 9 months old as of last Friday. Whoa. He’s got so much personality and is such a joy to spend time with. Lots of giggles and lots of smiles!

This week is my daughter’s birthday. It’s a pretty significant one too so we’re planning to try and make it really special. On Wednesday, we’ll head out to one of her favourite restaurants and then grill some steaks over the weekend. (Steak is her favourite!). We have a super special birthday surprise gift planned too but I can’t divulge what it is here. After all, I don’t want to spoil the surprise. 😉 What do you have planned for this week?
