Did you wonder what happened to me and the weekly meal plan? I was away for a few weeks in Arkansas for my niece’s wedding and after taking a little “recovery” time, we are back into our routine and ready to roll!
Meal planning makes such a difference in our week. I found that without one, we were basically having all-day discussions about what we were going to have for dinner.
You might have these conversations in your house – What do you want to have for dinner? I don’t know. What do you want? I don’t know.
Not only that but we were spending a LOT more money on food! Planning it out ahead of time really helps us make the best use of our food and avoid waste.
