If y’all know anything about me, you know that I just adore s’mores! I even have an entire board on Pinterest dedicated to them. So when I had the chance to have Sarah share her FABULOUS S’mores ideas here, well I just jumped at the chance. National S’mores Day is just over a week away and these should get you ready to celebrate it!
Hello, Creative Cynchronicity readers! I am so happy to be here today! My name is Sarah and I blog at Craft Quickies. I am a rather scattered person, so my blog is a scattered, just like me. I cover everything from holidays, to sewing, to jewelry and recipes, with a whole lot of baby headbands thrown in as well! I just can’t stop making them for my daughter! I have problems. The only thing that can truly compete with my baby headband obsession is my obsession with S’MORES! Mmmmm…..
All summer long I have been doing a series called S’mores Saturdays. Every week I have a new s’mores inspired recipes. For Cyn’s Summer Fun Fridays series I thought it would be fun to spotlight my S’mores Push Pops. They come together in a flash and are perfect for kids! My son is fairly obsessed, as I’m sure you can tell from the grin on his face.
These push pops are made with chocolate ice cream, marshmallow fluff, graham cracker crumbs, and mini marshmallows. Here is a step-by-step photo collage for you.
If you want more details you can check out my original post. I doubt you need them, however. 😉
If you are looking for a more “grownup” version of a s’mores ice cream treat they you are going to flip for my S’mores Shake recipe! Yum!
Another perfect kid-friendly s’mores recipe that I have shared is S’mores Dippers. So easy, but both of my kids were crazy-obsessed with the outcome! I love coming up with “recipes” that my kids can participate in with me and feel special and “in charge,” don’t you?!
Thanks to Cyn for inviting me to post today! I hope that you take a minute to check out the rest of the recipes in my S’mores Saturdays series, as well as the rest of the fun things happening over at Craft Quickies. Have a lovely weekend!
Thanks so much to Sarah for posting on Summer Fun Fridays! I just love your S’mores ideas and can’t wait to try them out!
