Red Velvet Recipe Roundup

My introduction to Red Velvet was pretty recent. It’s actually kind of surprising when you think about all the Southern family members I have. I mean, I even went to university in Arkansas. How is it that I never encountered at least a traditional Red Velvet cake in all that time? So, I might be a late-bloomer in this area but now that I’ve discovered it, I’m never letting it go. I love pretty much anything Red Velvet. Red Velvet cake, Red Velvet cookies, Red Velvet pancakes….you name it! I even have an entire board on Pinterest devoted to Red Velvet recipes. It seemed appropriate with Valentine’s Day coming up to pull together a Red Velvet recipe roundup featuring 15+ of my favourites. But don’t think these are limited to holidays – Red Velvet is a delicious treat any time of the year!

Here’s my Easy Peasy Red Velvet Fudge. It really is so quick and so simple to make but it tastes divine! 

Seriously?  They took a yummy pound cake and gave it a Red Velvet heart center? LOVE!

My Red Velvet pancake recipe is SO delicious. Add my Butter Pecan Maple Syrup and Whipped Cream Cheese to it and you’ll be in heaven!
