Monday – Homemade chicken fingers, oven fries (I don’t peel them. Just wash and cut into strips. Dip each strip into egg white and place on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray to prevent sticking.  Bake at 400 degrees until crispy and golden brown, about 15 minutes), carrot sticks, dipping sauces (a favourite one: simply mix together some mayo with your favourite BBQ sauce)

Tuesday – Beef stew, 7Up biscuits

Wednesday – Spaghetti and Chicken Parmesan meatballs, Caesar salad, garlic toast

Thursday – Reitter Pork Chops, spaetzle, sauerkraut (I like to cook it with a chunk of pork thrown in there for added flavor)

Friday – Chicken and rice casserole, peas

ravioliSaturday – Corn ravioli, tossed salad

Sunday – Korean tacos with kimchi, Mexican rice, corn
