Hello again friends! I do hope your February is going well. Can you believe the month is more than half over already? Personally, I’m looking forward to March – my birthday and the beginning of spring beckon to me! I’m anxious to freshen the house up a bit too. We’ve purchased new flooring for the main floor (kitchen, bathroom, and hallway), made curtains for Walter’s room, and I’ve begun working on a new painting for in my living room. What have you been up to lately? This week’s meal plan has several family favourites on it.

Chicken Parmesan Meatballs with Spaghetti, Caesar salad, crusty bread
Tuesday –
One Pan Taco Skillet with Tortilla Chips, sliced peaches
Wednesday –
Buttermilk Oven-Baked Chicken (Supperworks), oven fries, green beans, corn
Thursday –
Slow Cooker Meal: Beef Stew, dinner rolls
Friday –
Meatless Meal: Oven Baked Toasted Ravioli, tossed salad, garlic bread
Saturday –
Chicken and dumplings, carrots, peas
Sunday –
Pork Loin Roast with Red Currant-Sherry Sauce (from Supperworks), baked potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower
