That’s right. Menu Plan Monday is back! My life just gets far more stressful when I don’t have a menu plan in place so it’s time to revive it. We have a SUPER busy summer coming up. It’s even more important now to plan ahead for as much as we can. This week alone we have quite a few commitments and outings. So, I’ve focused mainly on quick and simple meals that practically make themselves.

Monday – Grilled cheese sandwiches, raw veggies with ranch dip, fruit cup

Tuesday – Eating out for my daughter’s birthday

Wednesday – Chicken Parm Meatballs and Spaghetti, Caesar salad

Thursday – Grilled lemonade chicken, potatoes, broccoli

Friday – Sweet tea marinated pork chops, spaetzle (German egg noodles), corn

Saturday – My daughter and her husband are having their joint birthday party! Burgers, chicken burgers, hot dogs, sausages, German potato salad, bacon-cheddar macaroni salad, coleslaw

Sunday – Red wine, garlic butter marinated beef roast, potatoes, carrots

See? Simple but really delicious meals that should satisfy everyone. What’s on your menu plan this week?
