Maple Glazed Chicken Wings or Drumsticks

Ingredients:

2 1/2 lbs. chicken wings or drumsticks (1 kg)

4 oz. maple syrup (125 ml)

5 T. chili sauce (80 ml)

1 small onion, chopped

2 T. cider vinegar (30 ml)

1 T. mustard (15 ml)

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (5 ml)

Instructions:  Combine all ingredients except the chicken and pour this over the pieces of chicken.  Cover and allow this to marinate for at least 4 hours (even better overnight) in the fridge.  Be sure to turn it occasionally so all sides get coated well with the marinade.  You can grill these on the BBQ or bake them in the oven. If using the oven, I like to set it at 400-450 degrees F.  I baste the chicken a couple of times while it’s cooking to keep it moist.
