On tonight’s live webcast of Cynchronicity Live, I’ll be sharing ideas for making jewelry from items you can buy inexpensively at the hardware store.  Join me at 9 pm Eastern for all the fun.  Sign in here: http://www.linqto.com/rooms/creativeedventures  Feel free to come a bit early to enjoy some pre-show chat with other crafters!  It’s always more fun to interact live during the show but if you’re unable to make it, the show is always recorded and I’ll post a playback link for you.  Hope to see you tonight!

Will you be doing another live webcast? I just came across your blog and think it is great that you did this.

I do a live webcast every week – Wednesdays at 9 pm Eastern. My next show is a continuation of the hardware jewelry but I do a whole variety of arts and crafts topics!

I had a necklace that I made out of old, rusty hex nuts that I found in my garage. I’ve been in love with the industrial look ever since. I’ve been infatuated with the modern look from that point forward. I know a great deal of the stuff I make is girly, yet I fundamentally make for other people or to challenge myself; I don’t wear most of what I make. I usually like my accessories with an edge. It is really fun to use non-traditional materials, such as hardware and other “found-item” components when making jewelry.
