Gay-Lea-Coconut-Whipped-CreamDisclosure: Gay Lea Real Coconut Whipped Cream is absolutely delicious! I received compensation in exchange for this post but the views expressed here are my 100% honest opinion.

Mmmmm coconut whipped cream! Doesn’t that sound so delicious it’s verging on decadent? You know, I never used to be terribly big on coconut but lately, it seems to be one of my “new” favourite flavours. So, I was pretty excited about trying the new Gay Lea Coconut Whipped Cream. It’s the perfect topping for a dish of berries, a piece of pumpkin loaf, or to top off your favourite fall hot drink. You can even mix it into mashed potatoes for a yummy new take on a basic side dish. It’s made with real coconut cream and cholesterol free. For those of you who are vegan or lactose-intolerant, you’ll be happy to know you can use this product too!

Are you excited to try this new product? Well, you’re in luck! I have two great recipes to share with you (both are vegan friendly) AND I’ve got a giveaway. Check it out below:

Oh, this sounds fantastic for my lactose-free fella!
Is it sweetened or is there an unsweetened version for savoury purposes?

I would try this on top of my hot chocolate first. I can’t have dairy so I’ve been missing the whipped cream part, which is really the whole point of having hot chocolate.

i wish i were good enough in the kitchen to try it in cream puffs! It’ll probably go straight in to the hot chocolate, then on to the pie.
