Easy Peasy Red Velvet Fudge {12 Days of Valentine Desserts}

I have a secret to share. I’m not much of a baker. Oh, I bake from time to time and I have a few things that I’ve mastered and can do really well, but baking isn’t my forte. Still, I like to have fun dessert recipes on hand so I can make a treat for my loved ones to celebrate a special occasion. This recipe for Red Velvet Fudge really fits the bill. It’s no bake (yay for us less than stellar bakers!), easy to make, and you can customize it with your preferred toppings.

red-velvet-fudge

If you really want to kick it up a notch, top a scoop of ice cream with some of the fudge (cut into 1/2 inch cubes), and some hot fudge sauce. Mmmmmmm.
