disney on ice Disney on Ice Dare to Dream has rolled into Hamilton, Ontario and as always, it was amazing! We have several generations of family enjoying the Disney on Ice shows now and it’s so much fun when we get to introduce it to someone else. Before she attended the show, my niece had never been to one and she had such a fantastic time sharing it with her little girl too!

Rapunzel20Tangled1 Our favourite part of this show is the Rapunzel section – I mean, when you see her and Flynn actually leave the ice and swing through the air from her “hair”, it truly takes your breath away. Kids and adults alike are wowed by this high flying stunt! The older kids have never seen Tangled – can you believe it? We’re going to have to rectify that now that they’ve seen what a great show it is at Disney on Ice!

However, it was the Princess and the Frog scene that had her up out of her seat dancing along to the toe-tapping music!

With a tour through the stories of the Princess and the Frog, Snow White, Cinderella, and Tangled, no matter who it is or what they like, there is something for everyone at Disney on Ice. Music fan? Check. Ice skating fan? Check. Disney fan? Check. Fan of having fun. Triple check.

The show is divided up into two sections of approximately 45 minutes each. Each one keeps you enthralled all the way through with all the colour, music, and excitement but don’t worry– there’s a 15 minute intermission halfway through to allow you to stretch, take the little ones to the washroom, or grab a snack.

There are more showings of Disney on Ice at FirstOntario Place in Hamilton and tickets are still available. Simply click on any of the show times below and you’ll be taken to the site for online ticket purchases:
